caramelise fig, slow roasted cherry tomato, stracciatella cheese

steak tartare
finely chopped raw beef with capers, shallots, mustard, and egg yolk

chicken pesto tartlets
mini tartlets filled with chicken, pesto sauce and semi- sundried tomatoes

seared scallop
pan seared scallop served with mushy peas and toasted herbed panko crumb

burrata caprese salad v gf
heirloom cherry tomatoes, fresh burrata, salsa verde, aged balsamic and fried sage

octopus ceviche
slow cooked tender octopus marinated in lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, capers and fresh herbs, served with chilled gazpacho

mushroom and truffle ravioli
porcini mushroom, shallot and ricotta filling, served with truffle cream sauce, shaved black truffle, and parmesan crisps and rocket

beef and herb meatball in diane sauce
three meatballs braised in red wine and sugo sauce, topped with freshly shaved pecorino, served with artisan bagel.

300gm beef short ribs cooked 48 hours, basted in our signature spicy habanero bbq sauce, served on a bed of mascarpone potato puree and roasted dutch carrots, finished with red wine jus and chives

crispy skin humpty doo barramundi
pan seared fresh barramundi fillet 220gm, served with potato, broccolini, capers and leek in a creamy white wine sauce, burnt lemon

desserts
dulce de leche tiramisu
velvety whipped cream folded with cream cheese and luxurious dulce de leche, layered with bacardi and coffee-soaked sponge fingers, topped with dark cocoa powder

biscoff cheesecake
fresh ricotta and cream cheese, whipped into a silky- smooth texture, folded with biscoff butter, served on a bed of crumbled biscoff, garnished with crème chantilly, biscoff butterscotch sauce
