Terms & Conditions

By making a reservation with Elements Dining Group, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • We do not allocate or designate specific tables prior to arrival.
  • Seating requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed.
  • There may occasionally be a slight delay in preparing your table.
  • Bookings are allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours for groups up to 7 guests and 2 hours for groups of 8 guests and above.
  • Tables may be released if guests fail to arrive within a reasonable period.
  • Bookings of 10 guests and above generally require a Group Dining Set Menu.
  • Alternative dining arrangements may be considered at management discretion.
  • Guest numbers may be increased or decreased up to 48 hours before the reservation.
  • Late amendments may incur charges.
  • Reductions within 48 hours may still be charged based on confirmed numbers.
  • Selected menu items may be available for pre-order.
  • Pre-orders require a deposit or prepayment.
  • Changes within 48 hours may not be accepted.
  • Final quantities must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the reservation.

3.1 Premium Wagyu & Specialty Cuts

  • Premium Wagyu products may require prepayment.
  • Guests may be contacted to confirm cooking preferences.
  • Changes within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of deposits.
  • Availability is subject to stock and supplier availability.
  • Management may substitute products of similar quality when necessary.

3.2 Dietary Requirements & Allergies

  • Guests must advise allergies and dietary requirements before visiting.
  • An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
  • The venue accepts no responsibility where requirements were not disclosed beforehand.
  • Guests are welcome to bring their own cake.
  • $4 per person applies for groups up to 15 guests.
  • $60 per cake applies for groups of 16 guests and above.
  • Deposits and prepayments will be deducted from the final bill.
  • Split bills may not be available for large groups.
  • Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the reservation.

5.1 Deposit & Prepayments

  • Minimum deposits may apply for set menus and pre-orders.
  • Deposits may be retained for cancellations within 48 hours.
  • Management may cancel reservations where payment conditions are not met.

5.2 Credit Card Authorisation & Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings of 6+ guests may require credit card authorisation.
  • Cancellation fees may apply within 48 hours.
  • No-shows may incur cancellation charges.
  • Public holidays may require authorisation for all booking sizes.
  • A 15% public holiday surcharge applies.
  • Credit card authorisation is required on selected dates.

6.2 Special Event Days

  • Valentine's Day
  • Mother's Day

  • Melbourne Cup
  • Promotions are generally limited to bookings of up to 6 guests.
  • Offers cannot be combined.
  • Promotions are not valid on public holidays or special event days.
  • Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable.
  • Tickets cannot be cancelled or transferred unless approved.
  • Failure to attend is treated as a no-show.
  • Event details may change without notice.
  • Photography and videography may occur within the venue.
  • Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Guests may advise management if they do not wish to appear.
  • Management may refuse entry or service.
  • Alcohol service is subject to RSA legislation.
  • Guests may be asked to leave if behaviour impacts others.
  • The booking holder accepts responsibility for damage caused by themselves or guests.
  • Repair or replacement costs may be charged.
  • The venue is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.
  • Management may amend menus, pricing and policies without notice.
  • Management may decline, modify or cancel bookings when necessary.
  • Guests acknowledge and agree to these terms when making a reservation.
