Book A Table

• We do not allocate or designate specific tables prior to arrival.
• Seating requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed.
• There may occasionally be a slight delay in preparing your table.
• Bookings are allocated for a maximum of 1.5 hours for groups up to 7 guests and 2 hours for groups of 8 guests and above.
• Tables may be released if guests fail to arrive within a reasonable period.

• When you reserve a table, we hold it especially for you and look forward to welcoming you.
• A credit card authorisation is required to secure your reservation at Pyrmont and Walsh Bay.
• For standard reservations, no payment is taken at the time of booking.
• Your card details are held securely and used only to guarantee the reservation.
• Cancellations, or changes to guest numbers, made more than 48 hours ahead incur no charge.
• Within 48 hours, or where guests do not attend, a fee of $50 per person may apply.
• Pre-orders, set menus and Premium Wagyu carry their own payment terms. See section 6.1.
• Cancel or amend using the link in your booking confirmation, or call 1300 ELEMENTS.
• Ticketed events are not reservations and carry their own terms. See section 9.

• Bookings of 10 guests and above generally require a Group Dining Set Menu.
• Alternative dining arrangements may be considered at management discretion.
• Guest numbers may be increased or decreased up to 48 hours before the reservation.
• Late amendments may incur charges.
• Reductions within 48 hours may incur $50 per person on the confirmed numbers.
• Where a set menu has been paid for, its deposit terms apply instead.

• Selected menu items may be available for pre-order.
• Pre-orders may require a deposit or full prepayment.
• Changes within 48 hours may not be accepted.
• Final quantities must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the reservation.
• The payment and cancellation terms are disclosed before you confirm the order.

4.1 · Premium Wagyu & Specialty Cuts

• Premium Wagyu orders may require a deposit or prepayment.
• Guests may be contacted to confirm cooking preferences.
• Cancellations or changes within 48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit or prepayment.
• Availability is subject to stock and supplier availability.
• Management may substitute products of similar quality when necessary.

4.2 · Dietary Requirements & Allergies

• Guests must advise allergies and dietary requirements before visiting.
• An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
• The venue accepts no responsibility where requirements were not disclosed beforehand.

• Guests are welcome to bring their own cake.
• $4 per person applies for groups up to 15 guests.
• $60 per cake applies for groups of 16 guests and above.

• Deposits and prepayments will be deducted from the final bill.
• Split bills may not be available for large groups.
• Final guest numbers must be confirmed 48 hours before the reservation.

6.1 · Deposits & Prepayments

• Pre-orders, set menus and Premium Wagyu may require a deposit, a minimum deposit or full prepayment.
• These are the only amounts charged at the time of booking.
• The payment and cancellation terms, including any forfeiture of a deposit, are disclosed before you confirm the order.
• Deposits may be retained for cancellations or changes within 48 hours.
• Management may cancel reservations where payment conditions are not met.

• A 15% public holiday surcharge applies.
• Lunch and dinner specials, promotions and vouchers are not available on these dates.

• These terms apply to promotional offers and deal vouchers.
• Promotions and vouchers are limited to 6 guests per table.
• Larger groups need our approval before booking, so please contact us first.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion or voucher.
• Not valid on public holidays or special event days. See sections 7.1 and 7.2.
• Deals are subject to availability and may sell out or change without notice.

8.1 · Using A Voucher

• Show your voucher to your waiter on arrival, before ordering.
• A voucher presented after ordering cannot be applied, and no refund or bill adjustment will be made.
• Vouchers are valid for dine-in only.
• A voucher does not reserve a table. Please book separately.

8.2 · Voucher Value

• Each voucher can be used once, and its full value must be used in a single visit.
• The voucher value is deducted from the total bill.
• No change, refund or credit is given for any unused value.
• One voucher covers the whole table. Everyone dining together can enjoy the same deal on the same day.

8.3 · All You Can Eat Deals

• Every guest at the table must take part in the same All You Can Eat deal.
• One voucher covers the whole table for the deal.

• Ticket purchases are generally non-refundable.
• Tickets cannot be cancelled or transferred unless approved.
• Failure to attend is treated as a no-show.
• Event details may change without notice.

• Photography and videography may occur within the venue.
• Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes.
• Guests may advise management if they do not wish to appear.

• Management may refuse entry or service.
• Alcohol service is subject to RSA legislation.
• Guests may be asked to leave if behaviour impacts others.

• The booking holder accepts responsibility for damage caused by themselves or guests.
• Repair or replacement costs may be charged.

• The venue is not responsible for disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control.

• Management may amend menus, pricing and policies without notice.
• Management may decline, modify or cancel bookings when necessary.
• Guests acknowledge and agree to these terms when making a reservation.
