The Christmas Day Seafood Platter is offered as an upgrade for guests who want a richer festive dining experience. The platter includes Western Australian Lobster, Bay Bugs, Tiger Prawns, Rock Oysters, Baby Octopus and Tasmanian Smoked Salmon paired with sauces that complement the seafood.
It is priced at $159 per person and is available across all brands, including Elements Bar and Grill, Elements Brasserie and Elements Smokehouse and Bar at Pyrmont, Walsh Bay. Haberfield, Belmore and Darlinghurst. This upgrade is available all December and it must be preordered and prepaid at least twenty-four hours before your visit, It suits guests planning ahead who want a seafood option that lifts the occasion and adds something memorable to their Christmas celebration.
